"I’m not happy with this hotel. First of all, no alcohol is allowed in the hotel. You have to purchase it from the casino. Our room was dirty. We moved the nightstand and found a used tissue and a part of a rubber glove. Yuck. When I took a shower, the handle came off in my hand! There was some remodeling being done at the time of our visit. Other than that, the beds were comfy. But I will not be back."

"This was the stinkiest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Cigarettes and animal piss. Yucky. Relieved when the concert was cancelled last night and we went home. Can’t believe I paid $250+ for this. If you need a hotel in Shakopee and this is the only one left, you’re better off sleeping on a park bench."

"We went down to eat breakfast at 7:45 am. There were only 2 containers of coffee and both were empty. We told someone on the staff that there was no coffee. The person said someone from maintenance would get the coffee. We waited and waited and finished breakfast but still no coffee. The man at the front desk had a thick accent and we didn't understand his explanation about why there was no coffee. This was a better than average size motel. It didn't make sense that there was such a small amount...

"The room was minimally clean. The sheets looked like someone already slept in them. One of the three bath towels was so bleach eaten it was see through. I asked to have 4 towels, a blanket and 4 pillows, but I got two bath towels, no blanket and no pillow. Who gives a king suite with two people; three pillows, 3 towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth. When I asked at the front desk, I was told I could come get it. One remote for two TV and be told repeatedly, they only give one remote per...

"The airport shuttle was very convenient to and from the airport and Mall of America. Our room wasn’t clean during the time we stayed. The property was well maintained. The pool room wasn’t working when we stayed."

"Anytime someone would rollover the beds sounds like they were falling apart. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to collapse and there was black mold in it. The curtains were torn and had holes. The backdoor lock to the building, didnt work. Anyone could walk into the stairwell and get to any floor."
