"This hotel does not provide airport shuttle to the airport. There is a shuttle service in Rochester that you have to contact and is $20.00 per ride. They pick up people from all the different hotels. The hotel room was Ok. It did not have a window to outside. There is a big window to the hall that had a curtain. However, at night, the light from the hall cannot be block completely and was a problem. There was a shuttle to Mayo clinic and hospital but only pass once per hour. Plan ahead or walk. "

"Breakfast menu was awesome. Last place we had to pay for parking. Not an issue here. The Subway tunnel is extremely handy and helpful. Would stay here again. My only bummer, No pool. "

"Very clean contemporary room. Nice decent vanity in bathroom for two people to have room for their personal toiletries. Awesome comfy pillows. Very delicious free light breakfast."

"Fast ride from the airport in Rochester. The staff is outstanding. Lord Essex restaurant has great food. The interior of the hotel is however dated, but hotel and rooms are clean. Closest place to Mayo Clinics, just walk downstairs or take elevator to LL. "

"The lobby is dilapidated with broken floor tiles. Checkin desk is a small area and crowded area. Discovered the toilet would not flush. We had to call front twice before maintenance came over an hour later. Carpeting in the room and throughout hotel was old and full of stains. Furnishing and bathroom are old and need to be replaced. Breakfast is not setup to handle large groups."

"The stay was great. Everyone was helpful. As an adult the chlorine felt like a lot so we didn’t stay in the pool for long. My son enjoyed it but his skin isn’t as sensitive. Parking is tough if it’s a busy weekend. When I got back at 10, there were no spots. I think a lot of the problem is the sizes of the spaces compared to the suvs most people drive these days. I had to park along the roadway out of the hotel which I didn’t love. I didn’t feel like my car was in danger but the longer walk back to the hotel in the dark wasn’t awesome."
