"The staff were welcoming and friendly. I event forgot a toothbrush and tooth paste and they had some. My room was clean but musty. To be fair, I did not point this out while I was there since I was inly there one night and didn’t want to make a fuss. The breakfast had variety of hot and ready made items. This location is easy to get to and less than 5 minutes from charming downtown Plano that has a variety of delicious local restaurants."

"I have no idea why this hotel is rated so well at an 8. It is very dirty and it looks like the hallways have literally never been vacuumed. Our hallway had a terrible smell. The room was clean enough, but I would never stay here again."

"Best stay for us in years! Michael, Desk Manager, got us in our room so quick and thanked us for returning. Their Lobby Bar is new and definitely a great place to relax. Ate Breakfast at their 2nd floor restaurant and it was so good, cooked our eggs just right. The Valet and Bell staff are exemplary."
