My children and I have stayed here about 3 different times this month and I really enjoy it. I love how it gives small apartment vibes. It was spacious enough for us and very calm and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. I also like the fact that you need your room key to access the room floors, it helps us feel more secure. The only thing that I would complain about is the pool area. It was hot like a sauna and the pool looks like it needs a good cleaning.

The room assigned to me contained red ants by the bedside. As I raised concerns with the front desk staff, he told me that he will be able to change my room later afternoon as room service is not in yet and he may not have rooms available. The following day as my kids and i got ant bites our rooms were changed right away. The other room had ants as well but not as many. The sheets in the second room were stained, did not seem to be changed and carpets were very dirty. The pool was closed. The images advertised are deceiving. I truly regret booking my stay based on them. Never recommending this place.

I reserved and paid for a king bed room. Did not get a king room. When brought to their attention, was told “there is a glitch in the program” They did not make it right, but we were offered a soft drink. This hotel really needs to remodel. It is looking dingy.

Its Dallas so the location is never gonna be perfect. Nice hotel, rooms are spacious, lobby is nice, breakfast was awesome. Rooms could use some updateing. Furniture is outdated but still nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and they did a great job cleaning. The condition of the property is a little rough. The pool was very cloudy so we weren’t able to swim like we had hoped. There was a parking garage down below but it’s very confusing and very tight to move your car around.

This was tied for the worst place I’ve ever stayed , the toilet was so low it felt like i was going in the woods the lamps were all broken , no electricity ion one side of the bed the bathroom door didn’t close and it stunk ! The parking lot was disgusting and scary .
