We were treated poorly by the front desk staff. She stated specifically because we booked through expedia she wouldn't help us with any issues. I asked for a manager and it was handled, but wow.... poor customer service.

The first room I was given had dirty laundry on the chair. The second room I was given had a broken window that was taped that I didn't find until the next morning, but that explained why it was on the cold side.
