"Do not even attempt to stay there! It is disgusting! We didn’t even make it to our home before we said, NOPE we are not staying here! "

"The hotel is very dated, in disrepair and very dirty. Hvac units were all destroyed on the outside of all the rooms, the room had a nasty smell when we entered the room. Then the room was disgusting. There were suspicious stains on the sheets, and furniture. The floors were gross and left our socks black. The sink had a giant hole in it, the plugs didnt have covers on them. The water control for the shower would pull out of the wall when you pulled it to turn the water on. There was hair in the shower and a piece of toilet paper that looked used stuck to one of the hinges of the bathroom door. They came in to "clean" the room 1 day out of 4 being there and didnt even fully make up the bed. They just chucked the comforter onto the coat rack. This was one of the worst if not the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Would not pay what i did for the room and would love to have money back from it. "

"Unfortunately, several issues were encountered during this visit. At the first inspection of the room, a large bag of trash was sitting next to it. Housekeeping was cleaning on the other end of the floor. After bringing it to the front desk's attention, it was cleared. Once we entered the room, it lacked the freshness of cleanliness, so our own cleaning and spray helped it feel and smell cleaner. Also, a luggage cart was utilized and inadvertently left in the room once we left for our event. Upon returning to the room later that night, the cart had been removed, and our items placed on the floor. This happened without ANY notification by phone or text that the room had been entered. Speaking with the GM during checkout the next morning, she informed me that staff have the right to enter a room during an emergency or if a guest has overstayed. Well, neither of these reasons applied, and therefore, the room should not have been entered without some form of communication. The GM also stated that they watched the camera and saw who had the cart last, and made the determination to enter the room because the desk needed to help another guest with their luggage. She stated that she's understaffed and that there was only one staff person on duty; therefore, the desk person didn't have time to contact us about entering the room. Even after getting the other guests settled, there was NO communication. This was invasive, and our items could've been damaged. All of this was unacceptable!"

"It was horrible I didn’t receive any points for this day for one for two. The air-conditioning in the room did not work. I had them come up there and all they did was push the buttons I sweated for two nights. I asked him could they do something about it he said they didn’t have a maintenance man that I could call a number to try to get a discount, but he was not promising me that the floor smelt horrible. The room stunk when we first went in the pullout couch when you lay down on it it almost flipped you into the floor so we had to turn around and lay on it backwards. Then my son said he’s saying bugs in there so not a very good place to say. "

"I was shocked when the pictures on the website matched the hotel. Completely updated. Very nice. Will definitely stay here again. "

"This was our second stay at the property. Once again, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rooms are as pictured on the site - no surprises. Bring your own hairdryer."
