"This property punches far above its weight. Arriving, it almost seems like it wants to be hidden from view. I could have gone right by. Inside the staff is very warm and accommodating. The reception, hallways, breakfast room and my individual room were updated and clean. My room had very recent furniture including a super comfortable office chair - much appreciated. Television was good sized and very recent. I will stay there again next visit to Jacksonville. And it's very economical. Can't beat...

"The beds felt like I was sleeping on a box spring very hard and uncomfortable I had back pain all weekend long the carpet was dirty it was only 1 working elevator . This hotel needs updating.. it wasn’t not worth the money I spent. 👎"

"Room was clean, had extra cot in room. This was extremely uncomfortable, think time to update cot mattresses. Room was on first floor and first time noise from other travelers were an issue. Still would recommend hotel maybe an off night"

"Old, falling apart, questionable clientele. Next to a truck stop. We arrived at midnight and there were people hanging around the exterior and the hallways were noisy with banging doors and people in and out. There was an odd hair on the bed when I pulled down the sheet. The bathroom had peeling paint. The whole place gave me the creeps."
