"The rooms were quiet (not including outside noise of the city), Beds were comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel met our needs for a long weekend stay."

"Usually go here every year, pretty much while visiting family only here to sleep ...It was not that great this time. The AC and the refrigerator were either not on or cooled up. While you have to sign something that you won't smoke (which is fine), the whole place smelled like pot. Didn't use the pool but seemed like others were enjoying it."

"Front desk person was helpful and courteous but room smelled of vaping and marijuana smoking. Called to get another room but there were no rooms available. We used scented sprays around the room but that strong smell still persisted during our stay. "

"My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

"The place is dated but staff were very friendly. Carpet in room looked new and bed was comfortable and clean. Needs work in other areas. Couch and chair had stains and a smell, definitely needs to be replaced. They did indicate they are doing renovations so hopefully those things will get done. "
