"From check in to check out, the staff is top notch - friendly, professional & accommodating. We requested more towels and they were delivered in minutes. The standard room is much larger than a typical city room and has a very large bathroom (with robes) as well. The decor is modern and has some cool details. The location is very safe and a half block off Times Square, so very convenient. There is a nice lounge/ bar off the lobby to relax after a long day. We were a family of 4 and would stay...

"Nice old hotel. Friendly staff. Bed was excellent although as in many NYC hotels, the room was pretty small. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job. It's not as glitzy as a corporate hotel, but I'd rather stay in the Upper Westside than in Midtown, and it's somewhat cheaper."
