"Staff was very helpful"

"I loved my stay here. That staff were seriously amazing and went above and beyond for me and my wife during our stay. The view was beautiful and the food/pool/amenities were all top notch. We did have an issue with the AC in our room which made the hot, humid nights pretty rough though. Maintenance was informed (no fix though) but it seemed like I didn’t advocate enough for myself. Otherwise, would recommend!"

"Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

"I have a mixed review of this place. Staff was amazing. Breakfast buffet was really great! The place is beautiful and the room was in good order when we arrived. The location is away from the crowded stuff but close enough to make things very accessible. Here is the downside: 1. I cannot blame this one on the hotel itself, unless perhaps making the suggestion to have security walk the halls, but there were older kids running (stomping) through the halls up until midnight, making sleep really...

"The staff was a bit divided as far as how they treated us as their guest. The lady whom checked us is was very nice untill the next time we tried to check in . She told us we was placed on the do not rent to list because we didn't leave the room till 1:30 the previous stay however I specifically asked for later check out . "The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check in to get ready for our anniversary dinner. The room was clean. Plenty of towels (usually not the case at other hotel brands). Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of handicap parking up front. An overall positive experience."
