"While the resort is beautiful, we didn't get to take advantage of much of it. We really only slept here. And we were woken up around 4:30 in the morning by some very loud neighbors. Loud enough, we could hear every word they were saying. I'm not one to typically call down to the desk to complain, but I was about to when they quieted down and let us fall back to sleep. Then in the morning, while trying to take a shower around 10am, we had issues with the water. There was a trickle of water coming...

"Stayed four days and never had room cleaned. Had to ask for extra towels and some toilet paper. Dirty vents and wood floors. Thin bed linens. Horrible bathroom door and a toilet so low it must have been from the 50s. No computer ports. And my charger kept falling out of plug. Needs some serious refurbishing.
