"The original room was unsatisfactory and was quickly changed in the morning. Staff were receptive and professional in addressing my concerns. The cleanliness and appearance of the hotel have not been maintained, as I have stayed here multiple times for FAST events. Also, I was disappointed that parking was $10/day on top of accommodation charges. Will most likely not stay here again. It's a shame."

"Everything was up to standards, except for the shower rod in room 403. The shower rod was not level so when you pull the shower curtain to left or right it would shift to the left side of the rod. In the bottom of the tub it had a magnets sheet to cover the rust hold in the bottom of the tub."

Pool side very nice with patio chairs and tables. Lots of free parking on site. Near Lots of amenities- restaurants, shopping, gas stations. 24/7 staffed front desk. Easy check-in and check-out."

"Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean, grass was well maintained, and everything was as described or shown in the photos. Jonathan, the property manager, was very quick with answering any questions we had arise. The pool was clean and very refreshing in the crazy Florida heat. The view of the lake was very peaceful and relaxing."
