"Great location, and Friendly staff but: Premises are not clean. Room carpet has not been professionally cleaned. Laundry room is a mess. Two machines, out of order with the room left dirty. Areas on premises that are supposed to be inaccessible to kids were left open and unattended posing safety risk to children. Restaurant was not functional."

"Under new ownership has the kitchen open to guests at all hours. NIce tho some guests cook and dont wash their dishes and no one on site to supervise it. I put way dishes from the staff baking muffins early in the day and wiped counters and tied up a full to the brim garbage can. I like the access to kitchen and common area but not if area is not monitored. Room was clean as usual and comfortable and well decorated. NO hot water for morning shower in upstairs room tho."

"250 Main is a lovely hotel. Dog friendly, beautiful local art displayed, rooftop views, complimentary snacks at breakfast, and early evening. We also appreciated how the hotel supported local businesses, by not having in-house dining or amenities. I would recommend it for couples or families with small children.We did pay a high price for our room, and Expedia advertised the room to fit 2 adults, 3 teens and a dog (2 queens and a pullout).
