"Room was clean , mattress can be a little more firm, otherwise great room and breakfrast."

"The location of the hotel was very convenient for our business. The staff was very helpful and considerate. However, the room didn't have a coffee maker, a bathroom door that wouldn't stay closed and a shower that was a drizzle. It took 30 minutes to get wet and getting the shampoo out of my hair was impossible. The second day we were there our room was not cleaned, and we didn't see maid service at all. I inquired of the nice young man at the desk and he informed me that there was a magnet...

"Room was clean but not stocked. Stove, microwave, refrigerator etc but no dishes, silverware,pans etc. Thin walls, hard to sleep with the loud talking and noise from nearby rooms tv's. Lacking a comfortable breakfast room, only 3 very tall tables. Nothing offered but coffee and the coffee was out one morning. I would suggest the Hampton Inn."

"We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again."

"Wasn’t able to check in until 6 pm. Room not ready. Short staffed. Most of the time we were coming or going to property minimal staff or no staff present. We were supposed to be at a concert at 6:30. Messed up our plans."
