"The room was large, we spent a lot of time in the living room. The AC didnt work. When we asked tge guy that came to change the pillow case how it worked l, he didnt know. The pillows in one of the rooms had hair on it Not sure if it was from previous pets or they didnt change it. They replaced one pillow case then then i found another 2 hairs on another pillow....what else wasnt cleaned? Otherwise it was very nice. Quiet. Large. Just wished the pillow cases were changed and the ac worked."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The fireplace and private balcony made the stay especially cozy and relaxing, and the hot tub was excellent. The only minor downside was that the swimming pool was smaller than we expected, and the water could have been a bit warmer considering the outdoor temperature.
