"Room is cozy, quiet, and nice and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking could use some updating. Spots are too small to accommodate today's larger vehicles. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle and would stay here again and recommend it for your stay in Whistler, BC. "

However, on this occasion, we were knocked on 5 minutes before our check out time to ask how long before we were leaving, even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. We were ready and about to exit with our cases, but I don't expect a knock during our paid for time."
