"Breakfast was better than decent. Jennifer was the eputomy of customer service, talking with each table about their needs. Front desk were very pleasant in check in and check out. The room was larger than expected with couch and table under TV, microwave, coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Smelled like cigarettes, not a place to stay if you want to relax. I checked in, the elevator wasn’t working so I walked through the stairwell which smelled like urine and cigarettes before getting to my room. It seemed more like a poorly maintained apartment building than a hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were loud arguments going on throughout multiple surrounding rooms. "Sam and his staff are amazing! His beautiful blue eyes are always looking to make sure the place is in tip top shape. His staff are friendly, helpful as well as knowledgeable about the area. Housekeeping, food service and the front desk were truly happy there. I don’t know what hospitality school Sam graduated from but I believe more hotels could benefit from a Sam!"

"Very clean and up to date room, easy parking, near a lot of restaurants & conveniences. Breakfast was hot and ready early with a variety of options. Rooms on the side facing the patio get a lot of possibly-drunken yelling/noise from the patio below late into the night. The AC hum & earbuds covered it up for most of the night for me, but something to note if you need silence. The vibe of the area around the property is kinda sketchy; had some weird encounters in the less than 20 minutes it takes...

"We were in Frederick, MD for our date night without the little one. Booked this place for the night and thought there would be a hot-tub, but was informed that it is closed permanently. So that was a little disappointing. Staff there were super helpful and friendly. The building is overall maintained nicely in the public area, but our room has a peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable, and pretty reasonable for a stay."
