"Did have food OR Parked my car"

"Needs to be completely renovated. No water on site. Elevator was not working. Very dirty rooms. Nothing like the advertisement. Smells musty. Lots of water damage to doors and furniture. No housekeeping. Sinks were plugged. Have to take out garbage yourself . Nothing good about it. Would not recommend"

"This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel."

"I killed a cockroach in the room and for two days the cleaners didn’t remove the dead cockroach. The shower was not working. Toiletries were not put in the room after the first night and when I demanded from the front desk, she insisted I must come down to pick them up. They were only interested in collecting money. "

"I checked in the first day the pool had a notice stating it was closed for the day. Three days later the notice was still up and I was still unable to use the pool. I did book mainly for the purpose to be able to use the pool. I had booked well in advance and the room had no face clothes and only two towels. When I asked for face clothes, not only did it take two days for them to get me face clothes, but they also only brought one. I wasn't very happy with the service. And the AC unit could not...

"Make sure you’re headed to the right location!! There are apparently 4 locations with the same name all in this area and when it’s 1:30am and you’re trying to get an uber it’s not ideal to show up at the wrong one. "
