"This was my first time staying here at the hotel. I was very impressed. It was very clean, staff was pleasant. It was a quick last minute booking so I got one of the smaller rooms but it wound up still being spacious. Loved the room service from the ruby tuesdays restaurant downstairs for dinner. The pool was nicely heated the areas was clean and fully stocked with towels. Only downside is that the pool is so small, we had to leave once’s it got too crowded. "I already gave my review on google. It’s a new hotel so I am being graceful that they are still putting things together. Pro is the location and size of room. Con…extremely rude manager Victoria. Lost power in my room and she was being rude telling me there is nothing she can do. Very tiny size toiletries in bathroom. No breakfast on location except for market. Hardwood floors were a complete turn offs. I will definitely not patronize this chain ever again."
