"Clean room. Nice window view. Staff was nice, Location was good. Would stay here again. AC was not working."

"Breakfast was really good, totally worth it. Bathroom amenities were lacking. Did not find a soap, except for liquid. There was a single shower towel. The hose on the shower detached mid shower and there was no direct way to redirect water back to the overhead stationary shower head. I had to rinse with tub faucet water. But the main issue was the fact that I had booked 4 nights same as my flight. When my flight changed I had to book the day before. So I could stay only 3 nights. When I shared that with hotel staff they recommended I have Expedia send a request to the hotel and they would approve it. They said we approve this all the time. When the request was sent from Expedia hotel reservations desk rejected it. It made me feel somehow treated differently than other previous cases. Staff at front desk were stunned and in disbelief. Oh Well!!!"

"The bed and pillows were super uncomfortable. And when you had a shower, the water wouldn’t drain fast enough, so there was always water higher than your heels. It was really gross. It was also hot in the room, so you had to open the window but when you did that, the noise was a lot, no matter the time. It was a great location though. "

"This is a great location if you are looking to visit Old Town Warsaw. The rooms are fantastic with a nature style feel, up-to-date bathrooms and furniture, technologically advanced lighting/temperatuee, and great housekeeping service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get away, traveling for business, or family trips. It really accommodates all reasons for travel."
