"The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything we asks them and more, they helped us plan where to go and organized our transportation. The location is amazing and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel bastante desastre en cuanto al estado de las instalaciones (Habitaciones con ventanas totalmente rotas, necesidad de pintar paredes , problemas con las duchas, baldosas en la piscina rotas, etc .) Música demasiado alta y hasta altas horas de la noche en alguna ocasión en la zona de la piscina . El personal me trató bastante bien . El entorno es un sitio precioso y este alojamiento es una opción asequible pero si volviera buscaría otro mejor . "

"I stayed 2 nights in a Mirembe cottage- my friend had the cottage next door and we had a dedicated outside eating area, from where we were served our food.We were served by James who was consistently courteous and efficient .We felt like film stars on a tropical island as we ate delicious food sitting by the lake watching a wide variety of birds - it was just such a treat!"

"The hotel is bordered by the lake on one side and virgin forest on the other. I took 3 marvelous meals a day and the evening meal had a roaring camp fire. Staff were superb. A boat trip organised by the manager was wonderful, many lake birds, families of monitor lizards and a flock of african grey parrots! Rooms clean, food good, drinks cold, assistance with travel, infact assistance with anything. What more do you want! "

"The nearness to the airport was a big plus as we had a 5 AM flight and the staff accommodated a 3 AM hotel departure. We also arrived early from the prior day flight and they worked hard to get us even better arrangements than we had reserved. EXPEDIA and ANDREITA HOTEL scam travelers and actually refuse to refund customers on arrival when their lack of advertised amenities and faults are discovered. I was offered a new room which too, had a non working shower with no other options for the night.
