"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"A fantastic stay in the heart of St Ives We loved our time at 5 Lyonesse Apartments! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, train station and cultural high points like Tate Gallery St. Ives. "Lovely apartments. Would definitely use again. Our only gripe was that the wood bed was really creaky and woke us up everytime someone moved. Also the drain in the bathroom sink was extremely slow. Apart from that it was lovely. "
