"I love these hotels. The rooms are so large. They have a nice breakfast and an evening snack plate time where they have adult beverages. The only thing I don’t like was an odor in the elevator. It was a mixture of sulfur and onions. Seem to be a shortage of luggage carts too. Overall a good place to stay. Would stay again"

"I do not believe this hotel is of good quality. It misleads customers into booking their accommodations. They require a deposit even after the hotel fee has been paid, and we must provide credit card information. The room was not clean, the bathtub is too small, and the shower curtain falls into the tub, leaving us with insufficient space to stand and shower. The toilet and wash basin are designed for children. We checked in late and did not notice the stains on the towels; however, they claim...

"Property was dirty from the hall, walls, doors, etc. most of the staff were friendly expect one lady who was noticeably irritated that I wanted to purchase snacks and she had to come in from smoking. The pool had a closed violation sign from the city yet people we’re swimming but the guy at the front desk said he just started and didn’t know what that was about but the pool was open for use so that was scary. Overall the stay and stay weren’t horrible they just need to maintain the upkeep. Oh...

"with the price you pay -you could get a nicer place somewhere else, I just needed to be in that location for my short visit. Staffs were friendly - older building and feels old and some molds in bathroom, carpet was wet and smelly - I did not say nothing since it was a one night stay. Breakfast was decent. Did not use amenities."

"Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, had a bad smell, and we even saw cockroaches. The furniture was old and poorly maintained. The listing showed a sofa bed, but it was broken and completely bent, making it impossible to sleep on. We were three people, but there was only one usable bed for two people. Because the sofa bed could not be used, one person had to sleep in the car late at night. Overall, the room was not as advertised and did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards....

"Pros: Very safe, quiet location with a variety of cool local restaurants (albeit in a mini-mall) that are less than 400 steps away. (Don't miss I Love Kolaches - I don't even LIKE kolaches but their innovative flavors made me a believer. Plus it's the closest place to get coffee). The staff - the women who work the desk are incredibly kind and friendly. Kudos to the younger Indian woman who helped me fasten a necklace for a work event as I was traveling alone and the woman with the short pink...

"This hotel has been around for 7 years but still looks brand new. It’s well kept! The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is great! There’s healthy options which was important to us. Overall, stay was great! We will be staying there again!"

"The elevator had a strong oil smell and by the first floor restrooms smelt like sewage. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and the pool and the hot tub were also clean."
