"The staff was super helpful with navigating Toronto for the first time. Gave us great directions and tips, and our shuttle driver even recommended a couple of restaurants for pre-Blue Jays game eats! Our room was super clean, and the balcony was a nice cherry on top. I called for a shuttle and was completely belittled by Muhammed. "If the roadway is blocked off, you tell me how the driver is picking other people up?". If you do not like your job, get out of the industry.
