"I am writing this review to strongly advise against staying at this establishment. My experience was deeply disappointing and, frankly, alarming from the moment I arrived.
The state of the property suggests a serious, unmanaged pest issue. Upon entering the building from the parking area, I was immediately greeted by a rat trap in the doorway. "We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay."
