"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean (especially the bathroom, which I greatly appreciate), and quiet. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast were excellent. They were constantly cleaning up tables, making sure the food was stocked. All in all, our stay at the hotel was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Kelowna."

"Overall we didn’t have the best experience. The hotel staff were not very friendly, helpful or professional. They only cleaned the room every 3 days. The breakfast had no bacon and limited toppings for the porridge. The hot tub was not working. The slide was very dark inside. The slide was dangerous due to the lack of visibility going down. The best thing about the hotel is the location. The rooms are spacious, but the beds are not that comfortable."

"People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back"

"My stay was short but enjoyable. Very clean and well organized and designed. The nigh staff were were amazing and very polite and very hospitable unlike the polar opposite of the day staff who I found to be unkind, rude , and judgmental. Not just one of them but , the front desk clerk, and her assistant , and joining in on the rudeness and lack of kindness was the manager.. They should all work on they're approach and not judging a book by its cover because if I had a business lead or...

"We had a great stay here. The rooms were updated and clean, staff were super accommodating and helpful - it was super easy to just shoot them a text if we needed anything. They have bikes available to use around town for free. The outdoor pool was small but fine. Breakfast at Ricky’s with our free vouchers was the perfect way to start each day, beats so many continental breakfasts at other hotels. Overall, a really great and comfortable experience and would recommend."
