"You could hear odd noises in our room you could also hear other guests. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The side table next to the bed had not been cleaned and was sticky with visible stuff on it. We dropped a cup on the floor and it rolled under the bed which turned out to be filthy. They clearly have not swept or mopped under the bed in a very long time. It was large enough for my wife to get around in her wheelchair but wow they need to clean better."

"Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and a large store within walking distance. We had a great stay. My only comment would be regarding the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom shower. They are fixed on the wall and refilled. The scents were woodsy and masculine. Personally, I would have preferred individual amenities with a more neutal fragrance."

"The hotel is in need of more renovation. Some things have been done but it is dated. The bathtub was gross with old brownish crumbling caulk. The hallways smell of tobacco and pot! I understand the hotel was fully booked but they were not at all prepared for the free breakfast. We went at 8 (it lasts til 10 on Sunday) the eggs, potatoes, sausage and all the pastries were gone! "I arrived promptly for check in. The place is a mixture of low income housing, retirement community, and dirty. Loitering of homeless, sketchy area. When I went to check in, all AC Units were out, and it was a good 85 degrees in the lobby. I was told they’d cancel my stay and refund my payment by the hotel manager, but would have to contact Expedia as booked through them. After contacting Expedia, I was told hotel manager went back in their word, refusing my refund. Very shady business...

Second room, no air conditioning.
Room had a couch with ripped fabric with stuffing falling out and the sheet covering the couch had a cigarette burn in it. Room we were in, 312, was rented out to two different parties who tried to get in the room at 12 am and 1am. Only 2 pillows for king size bed. Floor was damaged."
