"A faire"

"An Unforgettable Stay with World-Class Service! I had a absolutely phenomenal stay at the Hyatt Regency Malta. From the moment I arrived, I was completely overwhelmed by the exceptional level of service and hospitality. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible attention to detail from the staff. During my stay, the team actually recognized me from a previous visit. Being remembered and welcomed back so warmly made me feel valued not just as a guest, but as an individual. The...

"Overall, our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Malta was excellent, and almost everything was perfect. However, the experience was seriously let down by the night-shift staff, whose attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. On our first night, when we arrived at our booked room, we were told that we were being upgraded. In reality, we were given a room with a very poor view at the back of the building, overlooking construction work, with practically nothing pleasant to look at....

"Wonderful staff and nice, clean hotel."

"Super excellent"

"Nice located in the party area but not too noise. Roof top bar and terrace are nice"

"The public areas of the hotel were clean and tidy but unfortunately the rooms are tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The noise from the air conditioning was appalling. A block of rooms on the lower floor were plagued by a droning noise from air conditioning machinery servicing the whole hotel. Even with the air conditioning off in your room the droning was unbearable, preventing sleep at night. I was moved to a different room but only 4 rooms away and whilst it was slightly better...

"N.a"

"Good breakfast."

"Great location and very helpful staff."

"Great stay"

"Lovely clean hotel. Room was lovely. Some areas eg around the pool and beach club require some updating. Staff very helpful especially Christina and Emilia in the executive lounge who couldn’t do enough to help. Even suggested great places for us to visit and helped with directions too. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Not disturbed by noise from nearby Paceville at all."

"Wonderful hotel"
