"A nice basic hotel by the airport. We saw lots of cleaning staff and workers working around the hotel while we were there for two nights. Some updating is needed but looks like they are working on this and maintaining the property.
Shuttle service to the airport was excellent and with the Union Person line at the airport it was simple getting downtown to the Rogers Centre or Scotiabank place. An uber was recommended to get to Rogers Stadium for the concert and this worked out well.

"This hotel is perfect for solo travelers that want to stay next to the airport. There is a team right next door that takes about 15 to get to terminal one. Very friendly and helpful employees. WARNING: there is a clear window into the shower from the other side of the room, meaning anyone else in the room easily and accidentally watch you shower. So the rooms are only for solo travelers or people that don’t mind. The glass is LIGHTLY frosted for a bit but is perfectly clear at eye level."

"The outstanding feature about the Fairmont in Toronto was the staff. Everyone we encountered (particularly the bellman who assisted us in our arrival & our departure) was very professional and friendly. Our room was small, but had all the important features to make it comfortable. Breakfast was very good in the hotel’s restaurant. We will definitely stay there again if in Toronto."

"Great stay. Easy to get to and very convenient for TTC. The room was very large which was not expected so it did not feel cramped. And loved the smell of the hand soap!
