The bathroom was a good size but some of the fittings have worn with time and there are a few things we feel were missing from the tea and coffee station. "The room was great. Clean and comfortable. There couldn’t be a better location. We walked to the ferry daily and the huge mall with a full grocery store, plenty of food options, and lots of opportunities for shopping. The one thing that was ridiculous was parking. There isn’t any! You pay to park at a lot around the block in addition to what you already paid for the room."

"This is usually my hotel of choice when I have to stay in the city for work because the staff are friendly and parking isn't a pain. This stay was nice the room was big and comfortable however, I had so many issues trying to cast a show to the tv it was painful nothing would work and it really let down my stay."

"Summary: they charged me a bogus fee for using a bed that should have been included in my reservation. It felt like a bait and switch and I really didn't like it. I booked a room for a family of five people. I was placed in a room with one queen/king sized bed, two twin beds, and a full/queen pull out sofa. Should be fine as there are 6 bed spaces in the room. However, at check in the receptionist said there was an extra $50/night to use the pull out. I pointed out that use of the pull out...

"Room was clean on arrival but the service clean the next day was lacking. Left dirty towels behind our door and new hand towel left had yellow stains all on it. Didn’t clean kitchen.. minor things. I stay here whenever I’m in Brisbane for the convenience, easy parking and nice rooms."

"Great location for Suncorp and train station. We were early arriving and were able to check in which was super helpful. A bit noisey from the road etc and the room was cleanish. We would stay here again"

"Loved the many power outlets near the bed. Huge tv with foxtel channels. Great shower with two separate shower heads. Even though it was a short stay it was very pleasant. One down point was the room has little natural light and can be dark without lights on even in the day."

"We had a great stay right in the heart of Brisbane. The room was clean and modern and while a little small it was perfect for us. Staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! The meals at the restaurant are simple but tasted great. There is no pool, however the southbank pools are just across the river. All in all a good place to stay for a short trip to Brisbane."
