"The Sachet is all about Vienna's tradition, luxury well understood, discretion and a staff at all levels of the experience that delivers a professional, friendly and even perfect service with grace and elegance. Yes, the rooms are well appointed, the bathroom well designed, the lobby has a great atmosphere- almost out of a Visconti film set...the spa could be better, the bar menu not that great but overall a brilliant antidote to luxury chains that try but don't reach a similar level. "I always hesitate to write reviews for places that I dearly love out of fear that my review will help them get loved to death... BUT, I have to say that our four nights at the Leo Grand is probably the best experience in Europe. A terrific hotel with attentive staff, a truly spectacular breakfast chef, and a location right in the heart of the action. It's hard to believe that they've only been open since 2020. Go. Enjoy. Return. (Just don't tell ALL of your friends... Okay?)"

"We booked the hotel through Expedia, I do not recommend this. Book through the property, they will likely provide a better room + overall experience. Ours was an interior room with no sunlight. Upon arrival the room smelled as though it had been smoked it. The front desk was unable to help as they had no other rooms. They offered to spray other “smelly” cleaners, but no other accommodations of any sort were attempted. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, those are the only compliments I...

"Leckeres Früstücksbuffet. Besonders die junge Dame im Service liebt ihre Arbeit und ist außergewöhnlich freundlich! Die Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch ist der Teppichboden darin nicht so mein Fall. Matratze leicht durchgelegen. Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend."

"We had two semi connecting rooms, One bedroom had a neat closet while the other had a small kitchenette. Showers were fantastic, and the staff could not have been any nicer if they tried. This hotel is owned by an Irish firm and the manager himself walked this out to the taxi and personally put our luggage into the taxi. "The kitchen was a very useful addition which meant we could make our own breakfast and meals if wanted. It had a toaster which wasn't included in the listing which was also useful. The room was so quiet (room 110) as it wasn't over the street and the ability to have the windows open is always a bonus for me. The only two tiny niggles was that there was only one armchair so if you wanted to spend any time watching the TV someone had to sit on the bed. This is fine when you are young be we are in...
