"The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. The only minimal drawback is that we stayed for 6 nights and had programmed housekeeping for the third night, but they never came. "Good location. Clean hotel. Staff awful. Rude and unhelpful. Girl checking us in was very rude and abrupt. Made life very difficult checking in and when I provided the information she sensed along with proof of ID which she demanded, she didn’t even say thank you. Would not return."

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

Only one seating area by the front door too busy, one couch, very tight space. Cento is a great restaurant I’ve been to before while not staying there.
