"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"We were there in the hottest days of the summer. No air-conditioning made it rather uncomfortable, but then this would apply to many other places. With climate change now increasing temperatures year on year venues need to take such things into account when specifying their properties."

Super behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Goed hotel voor als je naar de london arena wilt, is maar 1 halte met de metro. Metrohalte op 5 min. lopen. "Room was clean same as the rest of the hotel , breakfast isn’t included but there was a libel restaurant in the hotel were you can have breakfast, brunch drinks etc . Breakfast was delicious. Pool was clean , robes and towels are provided and in the rooms there is aircon, body wash , body cream , soap and shampoo . We were in room 220 and it was spacious, with a kitchen , microwave, fridge , two bottles of water , dishwasher and a large bathroom with shower. The bathroom was a bit hot due to...

"Great hotel but if you plan on working while you’re there, don’t. The internet was absolutely terrible. Fine for an email or two but for any video or even non-video conferencing be prepared to cut out every minute or two. Incredibly frustrating. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with stunning city and Thames views with really great staff."

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"The hallways were very dirty and in need of a vacuum. We booked a room (209) for 3 people. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) hadn’t been made when we checked in so we asked it to be done. We were assured it would be done in the evening but when we came home at 11.30pm it still hadn’t been done. So we had to ask again…it was done after midnight….waiting to go to bed is not ideal. I don’t rate this hotel at all."

"The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean. The king bed was so comfy and bed clothes very good quality. The 4 x usb ports as well as regular sockets were really useful. Nice complementary toiletries too. Thank you"

"We arrived at 3pm, the correct time for check in. We have NEVER seen such a huge queue for check in and such a disorganised system! People were checking in, no rooms available, people being asked to wait whilst rooms were being finished…. It was complete chaos in the reception area. Surely a hotel knows exactly how many rooms are booked, they should arrange for extra staff to be on if they have special offers on/special occasions etc to avoid this chaos.
