"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"The rooms were very clean and had a good standard. Staff is very friendly and the additional services and beauty spa are great. Only complaint is the neighbourhood and the pipes in soom room or air condition that make noise. If you are a light sleeper bribg earplugs and best to arrive during daytime."

Just don’t accidentally leave anything behind in the apartment, as it’s nigh impossible to communicate meaningfully via the Bob W WhatsApp account. I realised after we left that I’d left my electric toothbrush in the bathroom, so the next day I messaged via WhatsApp to ask if the cleaners could put it somewhere safe so I could collect it next time I was in London. "L’endroit est moderne et bien décoré. Très près d’une station de métro, quoique pas dans une zone touristique. Calme. Belle vue. Excellent café le matin. 3 points négatifs: odeur d’égouts très désagréable provenant des tuyaux dans la salle de bain, même au 22e étage. Nous devions garder la porte fermée en tout temps. Aucun ménage ni changement de serviettes durant les 6 jours où nous avons été là. Personnel à la réception très peu avenant. Durant tout notre séjour, 1 seul des 2 ascenseurs...
