"This placed served our purposes for a one-night stay after a quick trip to Mpls. This place definitely isn't fancy, but it worked. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The beds were definitely not queen beds but doubles instead - glad it was just two of us. Comforters were lumpy and need to be switched out for new ones. TV was hit or miss - we finally found a channel that worked after searching for quite a while. Breakfast was the highlight with lots of options. The seating area...

"The facilities did not meet expectations gleaned from other reviews. The room and facilities were filthy and well worn out. The accommodations REALLY needed an update. The evening staff was EXCELLENT...however the morning desk person treated me as an inconvenience. I would not stay here again... especially with so many excellent alternatives in the area."

"Breakfast was good, but the room that was first assigned to us was still dirty from the group who just checked out. The front desk staff was nice enough to adjust and put us into two connecting rooms. What really disappointed us was the smell of the room, smells like the carpet was not cleaned for more than a year that you are not gonna want to drop anything on the floor. Location is close enough to downtown which is nice."

I reported the issue to the front desk and asked that it be repaired while we were out, but after two repair attempts, the drainage problem became even worse.
