"The room was lovely. I did not like that I double payed taxes. I booked through Expedia which one, told me all taxes were included. If this is the case, why was I charged taxes upon checkout? I also did not realize you do not get Hilton's points when you book through a third third party which I believe should be unfair. Lastly, I do not like the $28.00 charge you automatically add to the bill."

"You can’t see the beach from the property The tikki lounge was nice but there wasn’t any where to sit out side your room and the rooms were clean but tiny It was very hot in rooms The beach was beautiful "

"Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was impressed to see many of the same staff from my visit four years ago, including vallet, Bellman, food service, and concierge. This says that the Ritz Carlton treats their employees well and in turn their customer service is top notch. "

"Awesome location, just getting a bit run down and the front desk and housekeeping don’t see to communicate well. Made 3 separate small requests, was told “no problem, we’ll have house keeping get that right over” but it never happened… each time. Pullout couch mattress was horrible, you can feel the metal bars underneath you. Fine for small children, but good luck if you’re an adult. "
