We accidentally locked the restroom late at night, and when we messaged asking for assistance, they responded immediately, and showed up within 15 minutes to resolve the problem. "THIS WAS A COUPLES WEEKEND AWAY FROM THE KIDS, AND HONESTLY AN AMZING EXPERIENCE. 101/10 RECOMMEND THE ROOM WAS SPENDLED. THE INN IS RIGHT ON THE MAIN SHOPPING AND FOOD STRIP, YOU DIDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE PARKING OR HORRIBLE TRAFFIC SITUATIONS BECAUSE YOU COULD WALK EVERYEHERE. "We love staying at The Collector and have several times. It is always very clean and well kept. It is antique and if you are on the lower level you will hear the guests above walking on the wood floor. Try the Well for a cocktail, they never disappoint and the staff are all great. The pool is a welcoming relief after walking all day through the shops and historical sites."
