I would not stay here again. They require you to pay an “add-on” fee for valet parking just to park in the lot right in front of the hotel. Sure, I could’ve had someone park our SUV, but it’s literally no more than a few steps from a parking spot to the door. Needless to say, I paid $25/night plus tax for valet parking that I didn’t even use. We also had a suite with two queens and a pull-out, and our reservation was booked for 2 adults/2 children, but our room was stocked with three towels. Not a big deal to call and ask for more towels, but it was just one more thing to worry about. I was told at check-in that they would clean the room every other day, which never happened. The day we left, our trash was overflowing. We used the pool two out of the three days we were there, and the pool towels were completely gone each time. The second time we were at the pool, another guest called the front desk to ask for the towels to be restocked, and she was asked to come to the desk to pick up towels for the entire area.
It was not the worst hotel experience by any means, but there were several small, frustrating things that would not make me want to stay here again.
