"Rooms had stained bedding and cochroaches and broken fixtures. During check-in another guest was demanding a room change as there were stains on bedding. They were told no more rooms and they would change the sheets. Our room had a broken closet structure so they moved us. Funny that we got a different ..."

"The name change was confusing as I’m a regular customer. They are currently going through renovations floor by floor but doesn’t much effect non renovation areas. My rooms AC was not functioning, so they immediately moved me to a different room. Great hotel in a great area."
