It was loud, so many kids running around without supervision. bed was uncomfortable including pillows, I had to call front desk 2 times because of noise once at 2 am and next at 4 am. breakfast was cold and kids fingering all the food. Never ever would I recommend this hotel! Not if you want a relaxing good night sleep "

"The bathroom floor was very dirty. The shower drain was clogged. I messaged the front desk and they returned my message the following day. Disgusting to stand in shower water. We removed the shower plug and it was wrapped with hair and mold. "

When we came back to hotel to relax and watch TV we were disappointed in the TV list in room showing the channels available but not all channels were available. We had a handful of channels to view and had a hard time finding one with movies. We were disappointed in sound quality of TV. Had TV up to 70 volume and still could barely hear what we were watching and had to mute it when commercials came on were louder then show we were watching. "
