"Wir haben spontan über Silvester ein Familienzimmer bekommen und waren begeistert: große Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, netter Empfang. Parksituation vor dem Hotel ist schlecht, aber es gibt div. Parkhausmöglichkeiten (Hotelparkhaus + zusätzliche in der Umgebung).
Vermutlich aufgrund der Kurzfristigkeit war die dritte Bettwäsche nicht direkt vor Ort. Nach einer kurzen Reklamation wurde dann aber auch das 3. Bett gemacht - perfekter Service! Wir werden wiederkommen!"

"German efficiency at its best. The room was spotless, the reception staff incredibly helpful and the welcome drink was a really nice touch. The hotel is situated right next to the train station and airport which was incredibly convenient, yet we didn’t hear a sound. Would highly recommend."

"Room was spotless and staff were very accommodating. Only negatives were the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and unfortunately the roof top restaurant was closed on the Sunday which has amazing views of the Rhein."
