"Room was clean, staff was kind but hard to understand as they were non-native. It's the furthest hotel within walking distance from the airport, the shortest if you take the S-Bahn. USB didn't work, they will put a 50€ deposit on your card and there is a 2€ tourist fee that wasn't disclosed to me until I received the bill."

Meanwhile the front staff makes no allowances for early arrivals. The hotel advertises itself as great for travelers with airport but won’t check in people earlier than 4 even if the rooms are vacant and ready. The hotel was more than 1/2 empty.
