"Lobby and common areas very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Wish a coffee pot was in room, but coffee was available in lobby. Air conditioning worked very well. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay on return trips."

"Hotel property looks terrible Deposit is $150 like it’s not like it’s a resort area I just argued with the front desk lady SAMANTHA very rude and ignorant who Iknocked on my door threatening to call the police just because we were 30 minutes late for checkout and informed me that she had plenty dealings with the police which was irrelevant to me I will never stay at another COMFORT SUITES AGAIN and I travel the world!!!!"

"Check-in process was okay. Cleanliness and noise were an issue. Walked into the bathroom of my room and immediately notice a puddle of urine on the floor. Took a shower and was standing in ankle deep water. The ENTIRE room smelled like mold/mildew. The people on the other side of my room were loud as I don’t know what. "It is not a completed Boutique Hotel. Building is being renovated and sits behind a lower level motel. You check in at the other motel and drive through the parking lot to an unmarked building. Lobby is unfinished. There is a handful of rooms down a hallway. No staff. Room was ok. Dirty in corners of the room. AC/Heat control on the wall did not work. No ice or vending machines available. Parking not identified or marked. "
