"If you’re looking to stay near Rock City and Ruby Falls, then this location is worth a look. Overall, the room was cozy and clean. The bathroom could use a good remodeling and a better, as the ceiling had some moldy spots and there was hair in the floor. The property itself would benefit from some maintenance, but for the location, it’s not a bad stay."

"Every thing was OK. But this property is rated a 9 out of 10. So here’s the issue. The sheets were so worn on the bed that through normal use the bed kept coming unmade. So we would wake up straight against the mattress- no pad or cover. The worst was that although we had no open food in the room, (2nd floor) on the second morning we woke to little black ants everywhere around the TV and around the floor. We didn’t mention as on our way out there was no one at the front desk. The personnel...

"The breakfast area of this hotel was absolutely horrific. The hostess did not speak English. The waffle makers one was broke one had zero spritz spray for it so every waffle was coming out completely obliterated. The juice dispenser had sludge in the bottom tray with orange juice the trashcan had garbage and stuff stuckall over the outside where it had dried had not been wiped off. I was at a hotel night before last that the next morning you could’ve done surgery on any area of that kitchen for...
