"Worst experience. I booked through hotels.com a 2 bedroom suite with Two beds & more to accommodate my family. When I arrived I was put in a tiny room with 2 full size beds that were about 1.2 feet too high from the floor. I spoke to clerk about it showed her my reservation stating two bdrm suite & she laughed & said they didn't have any availabile & that the booking site did not update their list before reserving it. The bookings were NON Refundable!
Very disappointed.
Since I was on a tight travel budget, we had to stay there because it was over $100 stay & one of my kids had to sleep on the floor.
The beds were uncomfortable I woke up with a hurting back, couldn't sleep well. My son couldn't sleep because of the floor & they didn't even offer a cot or anything nor extra comfortable vets to accommodate the floor...
I spoke to hotels.com & they called the hotel, the hotel stuck to the non refundable & hotels.com was not f going to do the r fund either so neither would accept responsibility for this terrible experience & waste of my budget. Hotels.com gave me $50 one key cash to go toward another hotel stay which by the time I get the chance to use it the one key cash will have been discontinued most likely .
Very disappointed. I will never stay at that Days in again. & It was connected to a nice looking Mexican restaurant so we thought, it'll be fine, we can go get a sit down dinner.
Wrong!! That restaurant has a very loud as bar inside it that made it miserable "
