Our room was acceptable overall, though there were some cleanliness issues—we noticed a hair in the bathroom and the tub could have used a more thorough cleaning before our arrival. The hotel is located about 30 minutes from the Zion National Park entrance, which was a reasonable distance for us. The front desk staff was fairly quiet during our interaction. While I understand there may have been a language barrier, a friendlier welcome would have enhanced our check-in experience. Breakfast offerings were quite basic. I would have appreciated having plain oatmeal as an option rather than only pre-packaged flavored varieties. We also noticed that the juices (apple and orange) appeared to be diluted with water. The breakfast area also became crowded and disorganized during peak times. Despite these concerns, the hotel served its purpose for our trip.

The reservation of both rooms got lost between Expedia and the hotel. Upon check-in the hotel staff could not find my reservation even though I had the confirmation email from Expedia. The floors of both rooms were filthy. The table and the top of the "entertainment center" were very dusty. We had stayed at this same hotel a year prior and while it was not a perfect experience, it was better than this year. We will not be staying at this hotel on our trip next year.

This place needs serious repairs. Floors are swept clear but not washed. Sewer backed up into the shower. Would only give it a 3 star, yes it’s reasonable we just needed a spot so we could tour Zion, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Overpriced $250 a night for someone that doesn’t speak English. No parking spaces, electrical plug don’t work by night stand. Pool and hot tub drained when it’s still 78 degrees outside. Only voted average since sheets were soft. Don’t stay here. Horrible location

I wish I could give this place higher because the staff was super friendly and the location was great. Our room smelt like sewage- probably something wrong with the plumbing. We also noticed basic house keeping wasn’t done. Rooms seemed dirty unfortunately. Not the worst I’ve ever experienced but I wouldn’t stay again. Also breakfast was fine- don’t expect anything fancy the only hot option is waffles. Also our door had noticeable gaps in the frame which was concerning because the door leads to outside and the privacy lock was wiggly and loose. Overall it’s okay.

There are definitely nicer places to stay for the same price. I didn’t feel unsafe but it wasn’t in the best condition either. Only stayed one night fortunately. Breakfast was sad. Literally only weird make yourself waffles were available. All the juice in the machine was empty and no coffee available.

Very poor condition of room. Beater chipping furniture. Stained bathroom counter tops..walls and doors with divets spackled but not painted. Weitd shower curtain.2 tiny bed pillows. Friendly staff.
