"The staff at front desks were amazing, the room services extraordinary, my only complain was the one that did the breakfast and lunch, the services was up to 3pm we arrive at 2:24pm and basically she refused to served us saying that the restaurant was closed, next day we arrived at 11:30pm, she never come to our table until 11:55pm and she said lunch will be served at 12pm, we ask for coffee and she said coffee is on breakfast 😀, so the manager help us and we got coffee. And then she did not...

"That hill to walk off premises is a killer. I suggest an electric golf cart of sorts with staff to ferry guests up and down the hill to be a good idea. Otherwise everything was fine. Good value for the money I spent and time of the year (Spicemas)."
