We had a wonderful stay at Bay House Grenada and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing experience. The ocean view was absolutely fabulous — peaceful, breathtaking, and the perfect backdrop for a quiet getaway. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm and serene, making it easy to truly unwind. The restaurant had good options- the food was delicious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Really enjoyed the story of the Bay House’s beginnings. We were also very grateful for the taxi service they offer, which made getting around convenient and stress-free. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Bay House to anyone visiting Grenada.

We really loved staying at the Bay house. Gorgeous views (got to see the sunset!), spotless rooms (we stayed in a romantic suite tucked away from other rooms) and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The beach is about 10-minute walk on a steed road but there is a shuttle to and from the beach. Highly recommended!

Spectacular view from stylishly remodeled old mansion house. Large open air spaces with breeze passing through. It is not a cookie-cutter hotel, as it only has ~15 rooms, each of a different design. The view from almost anywhere in the hotel was spectacular. The pool being open 24 was great, however we did not use it. The free shuttle to and from the beach is great because the hotel is located up the hill. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Really stunning view from the Bay House Hotel. We were lucky to have a sea view. The rooms are immaculately clean and much bigger than they look in photos. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning nice and cold although we mostly just used the ceiling fan. Shower water sometimes cool depending on time of day. Breakfast was perfectly good with enough choices to keep most people happy. We plan to return to Grenada another time in the future and when we do we will highly likely choose this hotel once again. We did lots and lots of walking. It is a steep walk back up from the beach. We are both quite fit and healthy (early 50s), jog 5k etc, and we managed it fine. I can imagine it might be a bit much for anyone less able or with young children etc, but the hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach so problem solved and local taxis are not too expensive. The only issue we had was an initial overcharge on our accommodation from the outset resulting in a US$175 credit on our room account. I felt the hotel should have refunded that difference straight away to my card. All was resolved in the end. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The rooms were spotless with beautiful views. A special thank you to, Britanni who was our Bartender and our dinner waitress. Food was excellent. Had an amazing stay here, would 100% recommend. The bay house itself is gorgeous, rooms are clean and there’s always lots of beautiful brightly coloured fresh flowers on the tables and around the hotel. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly and polite and go out of their way to make your stay extra special. Probably the best service and most friendly staff we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. We have a 9 month old boy and they were so great with him too, they really went above and beyond with us and our boy and made our first family holiday extra special. The hotel is on a very steep hill, we didn’t walk it and we are quite fit and live somewhere quite hilly, but this is something else! But the view from the top is spectacular! The free beach shuttle is at 10am and brings you back at 3pm, but you can always get a taxi back later with Annie and stay down at the beach for longer which we did quite a few times. Beautiful people in Grenada, felt safe everywhere, amazing hotel, so sad to be back at home! Thanks again to the Bay House xx
