Room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. Staff are wonderful. Polite, efficient and friendly. The hotel is very quiet which is important to me. The hotel was easy to find, situation just down the road from the main train station, and thr proximity to public transport was fab. Nice decor, great shower pressure and loved the contactless key code for check in. Luggage storage is free and came in handy when we arrived early and good you can grab fresh towels as and when needed. The room and facility was great - they lost our booking though when we were en route which was rather stressful and required lots of support from Expedia to resolve… Eventually all came good though.

We hiked up Plombergstein and hiked to St Wolfgang then caught the ferry back, both great walks.
