We liked the bed, which was clean, comfortable and had great pillows. Location near restaurants and the ferries was a plus for us. The entire facility is an old motel which has been refurbished to an acceptable degree. The pool and hot tub were not open.

Right across the street from the ferry, rode our bicycles there. Very convenient location. Staff was friendly and seemed like they would help if we needed anything. Great view of the fireworks that I wasn't expecting.

The "Lakeview" room we got was 90% parking lot, 5% road and 5% lake. Other than that, the room was clean, well maintained, the staff were good, the breakfast options were good, The pool was not functional either. I would stay here again if I'm traveling on budget and don't plan to spend too much time in the hotel.

We stayed for one night. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. The only thing was the hot tub has a leak and the jets barely work. We will definitely stay here again. We loved the little balcony.
