"The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. "

"Compared to what you typically find in the smaller cities in the Philippines, it's quite excellent, but the surrounding area is somewhat impoverished, and unless you're coming here for business or to visit family, I wouldn't recommend coming to this city at all. There's no taxis, it's dangerous, it's like a food desert, and it's a bloody horrible place."

"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

"Someone teenager met us at hotel. No amenities but has to ask as no soap, shampoo/ conditioner or wash towel. Have to wait when checking out as nobody at office or reception even at night. Pay for third person but no pillow and blanket/ towel. Never check in or book here. "
