"The hosts were wonderful and the Inn itself is lovely. It's just a short distance from Elmora, Guelph, or Waterloo so it's an ideal location."

"We booked the 2 bedroom suite for 4 adults for last week of July 2026. The bedroom areas were spacious, however the common area only had a small loveseats and 2 dinning chairs. Additional comfortable seating in the living room space would have made our stay more comfortable and there was definitely room for a few chairs like a wing back style. The dining table was just a tiny table so we ate outside which is fine for summer if there is room on the patio, but for winter stays it is cramped. The...

"We were greeted warmly and check-in was efficient. Our door keys worked first time. Our room was spotless and the king bed was comfortable and the a/c was quiet. Breakfast had lots of choices including warm dishes, and it was included. We will go back."

"Room and staff are great but process to actually get access is fiddly. There are several online steps to complete that put me back in the Expedia app where the messages didn't render correctly."

"The room had ants. Changed rooms and it had some too. I left. The rooms were old looking. Elevator was out and I was on the 5th floor. Would rethink"

"Lots of noise every time we go there unfortunately. Not necessarily the hotels fault. Our view this time was terrible, but that is expected these days with "Expedia rooms". Our phone didn't work, which wasn't a big deal since I could call their external number to get the towels we needed. The room was clean and complete though which is all we really need for a quick overnight."

"Excellent stay; welcoming, clean, quiet. I am disappointed however that after eating the buffet breakfast, my Mastercard was charge. I had spoken to two staff; one in the restaurant and one at the front desk who both confirmed the breakfast was complimentary. Needless to say, toast and eggs do not meet the expectations of the cost."

"My room was clean and comfortable. The outside noise from the highway was not noticeable in the room at all and the blackout curtains kept the room dark for sleeping. The fridge was good but the freezer didn't keep my ice packs frozen. Microwave and coffee maker in the room worked fine. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I'd stay there again."
